Where should you place your feet when you do squats?

As we get older, our knees get weaker. To ensure you don’t injure you knees, try using a wider stance when you squat (i.e. wider than shoulder width). If you insist on doing shoulder width squats, try using this tibial rotation exercise as a pre-warmup to prevent potential knee injuries.
